[Glass] examining a stopped extent or backup?

Hi -


Is there a way to examine the contents of a GS 3.5.x or 3.6.x extent?  I 
have one that has what seems like an outlandish amount of Strings and 
Arrays (e.g. 8GB of each) and want to see whats there without making 
extra instances of either class.

I thought there was something in the admin guide but cannot find it..
