[GemStone-Smalltalk] The cache monitor connect failed on Gemstone startup.

[ARNi.e. via GemStone-Smalltalk]

The command :*chmod u+s $GEMSTONE/sys/shrpcmonitor
$GEMSTONE/sys/startshrpcmon* resolved the issue
