There is a file descriptor leak in the NetLDI process on Linux. This can
result in the NetLDI becoming unresponsive and filling up its log file
with SocketAccept errors.

This issue was introduced with GemStone/S 64 Bit v3.2.13, and is not in
earlier versions. Do not deploy 3.2.13 to production on Linux; v3.2.14
will be released soon. Platforms other than Linux are not affected.
