[GemStone-Smalltalk] Problem found with v3.2.13 on Linux

There is a file descriptor leak in the NetLDI process on Linux. This can 
result in the NetLDI becoming unresponsive and filling up its log file 
with SocketAccept errors.

This issue was introduced with GemStone/S 64 Bit v3.2.13, and is not in 
earlier versions. Do not deploy 3.2.13 to production on Linux; v3.2.14 
will be released soon. Platforms other than Linux are not affected.
