[GemStone-Smalltalk] GemStone/S (32-bit) 6.7.1 release

Dear GemTalk Customers,

We are pleased to announce the release of GemStone/S (32-bit) v6.7.2. 
This maintenance release includes changes to handle potential issues 
with RcQueues on January 2, 2022, as well as updates to platforms. Note 
that 32-bit GemStone/S is a legacy product; we encourage customers to 
migrate to GemStone/S 64 Bit.
