[Glass] Problem starting GemStone

Mariano, 

I think that your `kern.sysv.shmall: 8192` might be too small ... on my mac I've got `kern.sysv.shmall: 524288` and `kern.sysv.shmmax: 2147483648`, but I'm suspicious about the small value of shmall.

| I don't know much about ipcs but Shared Memory for the column QBYTES
