[Glass] How to upgrade from GemStone/S 64 Bit 3.1.0.1 to 3.1.0.4

Hi all,

I want to upgrade my GLASS installation and I want to move from version
3.1.0.1 to version 3.1.0.4. The version 3.1.0.4 release notes refer to the
3.1 install guide for installation instructions. The install guide has a
section that covers upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1, but no section to upgrade
within 3.1.x. Should I follow the 3.0 to 3.1 instructions? Is there any
other guide available for the upgrade that I want to do?
