Johan,

Yeah, it does look like the release notes are pretty sparse for 3.1.0.6, 
but we did have some critical bugfixes for processes in 3.1.0.6

Full upgrade is what is recommended for the Seaside upgrades ... I don't 
have the resources to create and test custom upgrade scripts for each 
release ....
