[Glass] showstopper for Early Access GsDevKit_home on Windows ..

Okay I've got a patch all queued up[1] ... the tests are passing 
including those that address Mariano's load issue...

Mariano ... I assume that you did not start out with an 
$GS_HOME/bin/install* script run, which is why you are loading from 
github instead of cloned repos (and the bug was realted to the github 
repo specs being wrong) ... I recommend that you start fresh and run 
`$GS_HOME/setupGsDevKit both <gs-version>` ... this will clone all of 
the repos on github needed for client and server and will eliminate the 
occasional Pharo3.0/zip crash as well as load things faster ... you 
should wait until I release PR #9 which should be tomorrow morning some 
time ... I want to test the upgrade against my mac and do an install on 
windows before turning this one loose ...
