[Glass] tODE release [Calvalcade of Releases #2]

A couple of  bugfixes[1] mainly related to being able to clean up 
references to objects held onto by tODE.

Update script:

   $GS_HOME/bin/updateGsDevKit -t       # to update tODE repo
   $GS_HOME/bin/todeUpdate <stone-name> # to load tODE update into your 
stones
