[Glass] stale lock files: best practice?

Hi Johan,
In the past, I had problems with `gslist -c` as it was not deleting lock
files. This was a 3.1.0.6 and I don't remember the exact issue (maybe
ownership of the files or something). So my workaround was to do:
find /opt/gemstone/locks/ -type f -not -name 'gemstone.hostid' -delete
from my OS boot script
