[Glass] Broken link in installation instructions

It looks like GitHub reorganized stuff. That's a problem with external
websites.

Refer to https://desktop.github.com/ for the client desktop installation.
GitHub Desktop will provide the Git Shell. Be certain to use Bash rather
than Powershell.
