[Glass] tODE Bugfix release

Marten,

Hmmm ... did you update your stone to the new version of tODE?

I'd really like to see a full call stack from the stack overflow ... 
besides the fact that I cannot reproduce it locally, the snippets that 
I've seen led me to believe that the call stack had to include the path 
that included my bugfix ... if you are still getting an error with the 
new version of tODE installed in the server, then I need to see the full 
stack to figure out what's going on ...
