[Glass] Problem starting stone "reason = File is on NFS, $GEMSTONE_DATADIR/extent0.dbf"

Mariano,
It's because you updated to MacOS High Sierra, which converted your file
systems to apfs, which GemStone does not recognize as a local file sytem
>/dev/disk1s1 on / (apfs, local, journaled)
You can workaround this by setting
STN_ALLOW_NFS_EXTENTS = TRUE;
in the config file.
This will be fixed in a future release.
