[Glass] 3.4.1 keyfile is for 50GB repo but it won't grow past 10GB

Hi,

This is in 3.4.1 on Ubuntu 16.04, using the latest gsDevKit_home to install the stone on the server.  

System getKeyfileAttributes shows the repo size limit is 51200 so I have the right keyfile for growing the repo above 10GB.  The filesystem has >100GB to spare.  Since copying the keyfile to the right spot I've restarted the stone a couple times.  DBF_EXTENT_SIZES is an empty string.



What should I check to figure out and unblock the repo growth?
