[Glass] Why GLASS1 and Tode not installed by default now?

Hi Dale,

I just created a stone with latest GsDevKit code like this:

createStone gs_342 3.4.2

But it didn't install GLASS1 neither Tode. See attached screenshot. Any
idea why? I didn't specify neither -g or -G.
