[Glass] LargeObjectNode instances

Johan,

It does seem that something funky has happened during the upgrade. So let's
start with taking a look and the upgradeImage and upgradeSeasideImage log
files ... Do you want to open an HR and share the files there? If not you
can send them to me via private email ...
