It seems to be a generic nabble.com issue (see http://selenium.10932.n7.nabble.com/WebDriverException-No-command-or-response-codec-has-been-defined-Unable-to-proceed-td59246.html) and it seems to be "infecting" the "Active Nabble Aps" (click on random apps at https://www.nabble.com/) ... and google has archived quite a few "CONTENTS DELETED" messages for nabble as well ...
Not much info, but it seems that this change might be related to the problems http://support.nabble.com/Mailing-Lists-will-be-updated-to-regular-forums-next-week-td7609458.html ... don't see any "CONTENT DELETED" messages on the support thread ... yet.
