[Glass] Unicode16 DNU seasideMimeDocument

Hey Bruno,

String-#seasideMimeDocument is in the package Seaside-Core.

Does loading that package resolve the issue? Is this in a stone with all seaside loaded, or were you just testing REST by loading the REST group?
