[Glass] Using Jade for Gemstone 3.4.5?

Update: I finally got it working by starting my server setup from scratch. Alas, I don’t know what exactly was done wrong before but the Netldi setup as with GsDevkit installs works fine to connect using Jade from a Windows10.
