[Glass] Retiring SS3 and GemSource - Read-only after 2024-11-01

Hey all,

GemTalk plans to retire SS3[1] and GemSource[2] on or after November 1,
2024. Public mcz files will remain available for download after this date.
The associated URLs will remain unchanged to avoid breaking any automations
relying on either site.

If you have any concerns, please let me know.
