[Glass] load filetree package from directory

If you've got a tode image the following will work:
> mc load AST-Core-dkh.105
> filetree:///home/dhenrich/_homes/rogue/_home/shared/repos/rb/repository
Gofer is used under the covers, but I need to eat some lunch before I dig
deeper :)
