significant release including new features and fixes for a number of

A serious bug in upgrade was found in v3.7.4, and v3.7.4 has been 
withdrawn. Information on this bug is at:

We are pleased to announce the release of v3.7.4.1, which includes the 
fix for bug #51446 as well as a few additional bug fixes. The Release 
Notes for v3.7.4 includes all changes in both v3.7.4 and 3.7.4.1. We 
encourage all GemStone/S customers to upgrade to this release.
