[Glass] prepareGsDevKitImage fails on BaselineOfNeoJSON not found, but its in the github-cache for the stone

Paul,
I'll follow up in the GitHub issue you reference. I'll state here as well
that the reference to NeoJSON was updated in a recent commit. I'm guessing
the version of Zinc that is being loaded is old here.
