[Glass] any way to load tonel code into 3.6.x?

Hi Paul,

Topaz has a TFILE command that will load Tonal files. Topaz can be scripted with INPUT of a `.tpz` file or with a “heredoc” in a `.sh` file.

We have also recently had Steven Baker join our Ecosystem Engineering team and he is exploring adding Rowan package management to Jasper (https://github.com/jgfoster/Jasper), our new VS Code extension. I’ve invited Steven to reach out to you to better understand your use case.
