[GemStone-Smalltalk] Start-up GemStone and Connect to Topaz then Jade

Hi Greg,

It /has/ been a while, hasn't it?

Some diagnostic suggestions:

Does a linked topaz (topaz -l) login work? A linked login does not 
require a netldi at all.

Does gslist -lv show that there's a netldi listening on port 50377?

If both of those are true, try specifying the netldi using the port 
number rather than a netldi name.
