[GemStone-Smalltalk] GemBuilder for Smalltalk 8.7.1 Release, and support for Windows 11

Dear GemTalk Customers,

We are pleased to announce the release of GemBuilder for Smalltalk/VW 
v8.7.1, which adds support for VisualWorks 9.3, 9.3.1, and 9.4, as well 
as 9.1.1. GBS 8.7.1 is also now supported on Windows 11.

Testing with VW 9.4 and Windows 11 was not completed until after the 
release, and are not in the Release Notes/Installation Guide; for

GemBuilder for Smalltalk 5.4.7 for the VAST Platform is also now 
supported on Windows 11. For complete compatibility details, see the
