[Glass] xml pull parser for gemstone/glass

Hi,

I created https://github.com/glassdb/XMLPullParser and ported/fixed code from http://www.smalltalkhub.com/#!/~hernan/XMLPullParser/ to work in GLASS.

For some reason, travis is not triggered
