[Glass] tODE login to remote machine

ip address should work, here's the session description I use when
connecting to an ubuntu14.04 virtual machine running on my desktop:

I guess I would like to see the results of a `testLogin` command ... If you
have a firewall on your remote host, then you will need to poke holes in
the firewall and run netldi so that it works in a firewalled environment
... it would also be useful to understand which version of GemStone you are
using, because we've been making changes in this area recently...
