As you can see from the other replies, some find the install to be easy. 
In the past, others have had problems, sometimes with network 
configuration. We've made improvements to the product to eliminate some 
of the problem scenarios. I hope your install is easy, but if it's not, 
let the list know. We'll help you figure out how to get past whatever 
the hangup is, and it will give us good feedback for continued improvement.
