[Glass] Is there stats about the % used of the SPC?

Hi guys,

I have been running an app since quite some time already with a 2GB SPC.
But I have no clue if this was too little for my app and hence generating
some performance degrade (objects trashing) or if maybe it was only used
10% in average.

is there some stat or something I could check for this?

Also...I have a similar feeling for the gems. I have 3. Are these 3 mostly
used? Would adding more increase performance? Can I see the average time of
a request waiting for an available gem?
