Hi All,

A project has been setup at:

https://github.com/TerraAustralis/gsDeploymentTools <https://github.com/TerraAustralis/gsDeploymentTools>
and a trello board/discussion at:
https://trello.com/b/Xl9fmdlw/gsapplicationtools <https://trello.com/b/Xl9fmdlw/gsapplicationtools>

Anyone with an interest, or knowledge on any of the areas we are covering, please join the discussion.

I’ve gone through this process once successfully with kickstart and cfEngine, however perhaps Puppet is the way to go moving forward.

Cheers,

Jupiter

If there’s a project underway to do this let me know, otherwise I’ll post here once we get started next week and it’s up on github. Our initial targets will be OS X and ubuntu (our dev and deploy platforms) but we’ll make sure it’s extendible to other platforms.
