Here you are allowing 1GB for SPC of all stones running in that machine. If
you have one stone, then that allows you one stone of 1GB approx of SPC.
The SPC is defined in your system.conf. Example:
# SHR_PAGE_CACHE_SIZE_KB should always be > GEM_TEMPOBJ_CACHE_SIZE
SHR_PAGE_CACHE_SIZE_KB=1000000;
