[Glass] OrderedDictionary

Sebastian,

In Grease (loaded by default in GLASS/GsDevKit) there is 
GRSmallDictionary and GrOrderedMultiMap. Both preserve the order in 
which keys are added  ... Reuse or build your own depends upon any 
additional characteristics that you might require....
