As Bill has pointed out you are running the 3.2.12 stopstone to stop 
stone webcati ... but that is not normally called directly in 
GsDevKit_home ... so more of the log would be useful in trying to 
understand why GsDevKit_home thinks that webcati is a 3.2.12 stone ...

Another possibility is that you've started the webcati stone manually 
using the $GEMSTONE/bin scripts and it has the same name as a newer 
stone called  webcati registered in GsDevKit_home ...
