[Glass] New release of GsDevKit_home

See the PR[1] for details ... Mainly documentation improvements, a 
couple of bugfixes, and a few minor new features.

To update to the new version:

   $GS_HOME/bin/updateGsDevKit -g      #update the GsDevKit_home checkout

I do want to highlight the fact that Lisa documented the process for 
Contributing to Open Source Projects using GsDevKit_home[2]. I encourage 
all of you to read this post as it contains useful information about 
using git and GittHub with GsDevKit_home, whether or not you plan to 
contribute to any of the GsDevKit/GLASS projects.
