[Glass] tODE on macOS sierra

Excellent! Have you figured out what's up with the hot stone, yet?

You should be able to use pstack ($GEMSTONE/bin/pstack), but when I 
tried it on my mac (yosemite) it didn't work ... to figure out what's 
going on you'd need to attach a debugger to the process and then sample 
the stack several times and then send us the set of stacks for us to 
analyze ...
