[Glass] tODE on macOS sierra

Hi, 

I made the VM available from dropbox for testing. 
if is ok, it will be published. 
If it is “super ok” (which means it also can run in non-sierra environments), then it will replace current pharo40 stable from zeroconf (otherwise it will be complicated, but there will be an official link).
