[Glass] GemStone/S 64 Bit 3.5, GBS/VW 8.4, and GBS 5.4.5 releases

Just this morning I published a new version of GsDevKit_home with a fix 
to the upgradeStone script that affects 3.5.0 upgrades. Run or re-run 
the followin to pick up the script update:

     updateGsDevKit -g
