[Glass] GtToolKit and GemStone / GsDevKit_stones

 When you get errors running .solo or .stone scripts, you should use the -D
command to bring up a debugger in topaz like the following:

> createStone.solo  --template=default alpha_370 3.7.0 -D

... and if you you can't figure out the error yourself, you can supply me
with the stack and the source of the method that sends the #asFileReference
(via private email) and we can get to the bottom of this issue ...
