[Glass] GtToolKit and GemStone / GsDevKit_stones

[Reg Krock]

There were several problems:
1) I had ver 2 rather than v2.1
2) I did not have the projectDirectory and productDirectory and stonesDirectory set.
Once I had all of the above setup I was okay.
