[Glass] GLASS appliance (VMWare virtual machine) still available?

Well, Gentlemen,

when reading this as a GemStone novice who hates fighting nasty OS
installations peculiarities I'd rather wait a while till the experts have
finished a hopefully ready-to-run appliance.

Sorry, but I am *application* designer and developer and I have always
stayed away as much as possible from such low-level bit drilling parts. This
is another reasons why I prefer Smalltalk over fighting compilers and their
(in my eyes) most archaic debuggers.

In any case, thank you very much in advance for your efforts.
