[Glass] Gemstone daemontools

[Paul DeBruicker via Glass]

For #2 that service relies on the GemStone specific Seaside package
'Seaside-GemStone-ServiceTask' 

If you're not using it then just unlink the gs_servicevm from the
/etc/services directory.
